We'd Love to Hear From You
Whether you have a question about a specific gemstone, need help choosing the right ring, want to discuss a custom piece, or simply want to know more about where your stone comes from — we are here, and we love these conversations.
At AMARA, every inquiry is answered by a real person who knows our jewelry and our sourcing deeply. We don't do automated responses for questions that deserve a thoughtful answer.

Common Questions
Can I request a specific gemstone or custom design?
Yes. Custom commissions are one of our favorite things to do. Reach out by email with your ideas and we will guide you through the process from stone selection to final design.
How do I find my ring size?
We recommend visiting a local jeweler to have your finger measured professionally. You can also use a printable ring sizer (just ask us and we'll send you one). Our standard sizes run US 5–10; custom sizing is available for most styles.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. All orders are carefully packaged in our signature AMARA box and sent via tracked, insured courier. Shipping times and any applicable customs duties vary by destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on all standard items in original, unworn condition. Custom pieces are non-refundable but we will always work with you to ensure you love what you receive. Please contact us before returning any item.
How do I care for my AMARA ring?
Store your ring in its original box or a soft pouch when not wearing it. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and chlorinated water. Clean gently with a soft cloth. For gemstone-specific care advice, just ask — we're happy to guide you.
Every message is a chance for us to connect across the distance between where these stones were born and where they will be worn. We look forward to hearing from you.
